BFL, Inc. announces the delivery of new 2007 Peterbilt model 386 tractors to our company fleet. These tractors are equipped with the best in driver comforts and drivability. BFL expects to take delivery of more new Peterbilt tractors throughout the remainder of 2006 and into early 2007. These units will replace a handful of older tractors, but will be used mostly for additional capacity to the fleet at the request of our customers. We listened to the requests of our drivers and they are very pleased with the tractors. This investment by the Company reflects our desire to provide our team members with the best resources in the industry with which to make a living. Nearly every tractor in the BFL fleet is less than two years old! Once again, BFL is on the grow!

BFL, Inc. is pleased to announce the acquisition of certain assets of Henderson Express in Henderson, KY effective June 18, 2006. Additionally, BFL has entered into a Fleet Operator Agreement with B&C Enterprises, LLC to operate its thirty (30) power units within the BFL fleet. We are delighted to have the office, driver and mechanical staff at the Henderson, KY terminal join our team. We look forward to supporting the growth and development of our new partners in Henderson, KY for many years to come! Once again, BFL is on the grow!
