Our drivers are home every weekend and they drive late model equipment.  These factors, in addition to the quality of our customer base, helps us maintain lower driver turnover.  Therefore, unlike many of our competitors we routinely have 100% of our available trucks seated with quality drivers and we have been able to grow in a challenging economic environment.  The Company requires each new driver or contractor to have at least two years of verifiable
driving experience and they must meet our stringent safety standards.  We do not hire or train students. 
We have a healthymix of owner operator
and company driver capacity, and our plan
is to grow via both types over the next
twelve months.
